Languages
The Learning Institute’s methodology is immersion learning, this means that the student will learn in the target language whilst using the target language. It is often said that children are the most successful learners of languages, this is because they tend to learn in a natural way, by listening to those around them. When given a natural environment along with the right guidance and tools, adults may also progress as fast as (if not faster than) children. We believe that classroom interaction provides essential practice as well as enjoyable learning. Within classes students can expect to be proactive and take part in dialogues and discussions and complete real scenarios which will help them in their everyday life. Students are encouraged to think, read, write and speak the target language from the very first lesson. Our aim is to give students a unique learning experience that is effective in helping them to achieve their goals.

Classes
We recommend small classes of 4-6 individuals as this provides students with the attention and personal care needed to succeed as well as giving them classmates to practice with. We believe that learning as part of a class can offer students the chance to learn from others and also listen to questions and queries that their classmates have that they have not thought of. We also offer courses for individuals which can certainly benefit students, especially if they feel less inclined to speak out in front of others.
Our advised learning period to progress from one level to the next is 72 hours however every student has their own pace which is why we constantly monitor students’ progress to ensure they are receiving the best training possible.
Soft Skills
The Learning Institute understands that when learning new skills a person cannot truly achieve unless they have been given the opportunity to practise and hone their technique. This is why our soft skills work shops focus on interactive learning with emphasis on learning through practice. Throughout the workshop, candidates will have the opportunity to learn about new skills from our excellent teaching staff and our high quality materials, practise with others and be given useful materials to take away with them in order to remember and use in the future.
Workshops are usually 8 hours with a break for lunch. Lunch and refreshments are provided as part of our all inclusive service. Workshop groups are on average 15 people which gives candidates ample opportunity to practice skills learnt whilst having enough time and feedback individually with tutors.
