Please refer to the terms and conditions (the “Tems and Conditions”) contained within this document carefully prior to signing up for IELTS On-line. Should you not be willing to accept the terms and conditions as set out below, we would advise you to refrain from proceeding further. The terms and conditions below (the “Terms and Conditions”) apply to all users, including all participants of the programme. Upon using IELTS On-line, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.

*       NRH will act on instructions given with the PIN (whether the PIN is used by you or other person whether such other person is authorised by you or not) and will make no further verification.

*       You are responsible for instructions given from time to time through IELTS On-line and would keep your PIN strictly confidential at all times and shall be fully responsible for any disclosure to any other person and shall bear the risk and liability of such use by any other person for any purposes.

 

*       Upon receiving instruction through your use of IELTS On-line, NRH shall use its best endeavours to process and deal with it, but has the full right to invalidate it should any of the information provided in relation to such instruction not be complete or in line with any terms and conditions,

*       You are using the IELTS On-line at your own risk. You must evaluate and bear all risks associated with the use of any information provided on this Website and/or the IELTS On-line including but not limited to the open and public nature of the Internet where absolute confidentiality and security may not be possible.

*       NRH shall not be responsible or liable for any harm or loss that you and any other person may suffer in connection with any loss or breach of confidentiality or security as a result of your using the IELTS On-line. You release NRH from any liabilities and shall indemnify NRH against all actions, suits, costs, claims, demands, expenses, losses and liabilities howsoever and wheresoever arising out of the provision of the IELTS On-line or arising from your breach of any of these Terms and Conditions.

*       NRH reserves the right to all IELTS On-line programme content and all further content available through this website inclusive of names, graphics and photography. Users are prohibited from copying, publishing, downloading, modifying, altering, broadcasting, distributing, selling or transferring any information included in the course offering without express written permission from the authors. Intellectual property available to the user via membership is for personal use only and transfer of access rights by a registered user to a third party is strictly prohibited. NRH will be left with no alternative but to proceed to take legal action upon an individual / group who infringe upon these rights.

*       NRH itself at any time reserves the right to terminate the account of any member found to be in breach of our terms and conditions.

*       NRH guards all data submitted to us and is committed to protecting user privacy and confidentiality. At no point will this be sold, rented or leased to a third party (other than businesses affiliated to NRH) for any additional commercial purposes without consent. Registered users are requested to provide a set of personal details (i.e. name, address, country, email address, user name, password and other contact information). This information may be used to respond to enquiries you may have about the course or to keep you informed of developments, or special offers from NRH or affiliated businesses during and after your subscription period.

·                     If any dispute or claim for compensation arising from or in relation with this Agreement, or any breach of this Agreement including claims that this or part of this Agreement is illegal, revocable or void, cannot be resolved between the parties within thirty days of such dispute arising, that dispute shall be submitted to China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission, Shanghai Commission for arbitration. The arbitration tribunal shall be composed by one arbitrator and the arbitral award is final and binding upon both parties.

·                     NRH may revise these Terms and Conditions and/or introduce additional terms and conditions at any time and from time to time. You shall be bound by these revised or amended Terms and Conditions if you continue to use IELTS On-line on or after their effective date

 

This Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the law of the PRC.

 

This Agreement is entered into effect in the English language.
