	Where are your teachers from？

	All our teachers are Native English speakers, fully qualified with extensive experience in their respective fields.
	Where can I study? What are the teaching arrangements?

	For Soft-skills and ICFE, we provide an initial consultation in which we can tailor a course specifically for you and your company. All schedules and venues will be discussed in this initial meeting. For IELTS, it is available online 24/7, with help and support just an email away.
	How long should I study for?

	For Soft-skills, ICFE and IELTS, we understand that all students have their own pace of learning and we will design a syllabus to meet your needs.
	What are soft-skills?

	Soft-skills are skills that are not traditionally taught in academic institutions but nonetheless are as equally important as academic qualifications if one is to succeed in their chosen profession. It teaches leadership, assertiveness, negotiation, teamwork and presentation skills and teaches you how to ultimately become a better communicator.
